Brazos Point Apartments

The manager Genesis is very cool and supportive. We were in a desperate situation looking for an apartment with short timeline. Understanding our situation, Genesis rushed up all the stuff required for signing lease agreement and handed key with quick turnaround.. it was really amazing and appreciate that. Paige is so welcoming, always there to help and respond to our queries with smiling face. All the small maintenance requests raised were immediately addressed.. Really happy to be in this apartment and would suggest for my neighbours..

Genesis, the person I spoke with on 2/6/26 and 2/9/26 was unprofessional, did not address my pointed questions and anything I discussed regarding the lease went unanswered and when challenged for more clarification, she hung up. The complex doesn’t seem to care about the tenants’ safety or upholding the lease that keeps them safe.

Management is friendly, professional, and easy to reach. They're accommodating to those with pets, and as for the apartment itself, it's hard to find fault with anything here. Maintenance is quick to respond whenever needed and, at least for my unit, I haven't seen a single roach since I moved in.

Let me start off by saying i searched the entireeee internet to try to find a place without pests, bugs, ac issues, water issues, or shady landlords. I’m TERRIFIED of all types of bugs lol so that was my main concern when helping my boyfriend find a place. This is truly one of the best apartment complexes in college station! Yes, the outside of the buildings don’t look super “fancy,” but all of the “fancy” apartment companies have countless issues that we have not experienced here at Brazos Point. Never trust a book by its cover! I’ve seen first hand how much they care about the property as they are always upgrading appliances and installing new flooring in the apartments. I lived here for 2 years, from June 2022- July 2024. I CANNOT recommend this place enough! The units are a bit small, but it was exactly what I needed while I was living alone/eventually with my Fiancee. Brazos Point is more than meets the eye - it is an older apartment complex, but the front office staff and maintenance staff were INCREDIBLE! Staci knew me by name, and although there are numerous tenants on the property, it was extra special that she was able to know my name and handle any concerns I brought to her and/or her staff. The maintenance staff was also extremely quick - there were quite a few instances where I would put in a request, and they would come to my door within the day -- sometimes even within the next hour!
