I recently lost my wife to Alzheimer’s and after much thought and prayer I decided to downsize from my home of 47 years. I was seeking a place of comfort, strategic location, and safety. My son and I looked at several locations and by happenstance we visited Brazos Creek. Property manager Shannon greeted us and explained details of BC and gave us a tour. She had some openings in their cottages. I instantly fell in love with my one bedroom cottage. Being new it was very up to date, has a great location, and offered all I was seeking. The security of being able to park in my own garage, close garage door without getting out of my car, and walking directly into my kitchen…much like I did at my home. And I mentioned location. I want to give a huge thank-you to Shannon Jenkins, our apartment manager, for making my move-in process incredibly smooth. From the first tour to signing the lease, Shannon was organized, transparent, and consistently responsive. She answered all my questions, coordinated timing around my schedule, and followed up on every detail so nothing slipped through the cracks. It’s rare to find someone so professional and genuinely kind—thanks, Shannon, for all your help getting me into a great apartment!

Management is extremely disrespectful. If you complain about anything they will just hang up on you and ignore you. Raw sewage was flowing through the parking lot for the first five months of me being here. These building sat vacant for many years and the water in the hot water heaters became extremely contaminated with black sludge. The plumbing makes a horribly loud sound anytime water is used because it’s clogged up with years of bacteria buildup from neglect. These buildings should be condemned in my opinion. You couldn’t pay me to live here. I will be leaving as soon as I can. Don’t get tricked like I did, thinking these apartments are “new”. They are poorly built and poorly maintained. If you do choose to live here I recommend not using the tap water at all if you care about your hea

Great complex with an amazing staff! Apartments are brand new, spacious and carefully designed. Shannon made sure all of our needs are met, I definitely recommend Brazos Creek apartments to anyone looking to move in the Lake Jackson area!

Just moved here last moment and love these apartments, they are clean and quiet and the management team and maintenance crew are awesome ! Miss . Shannon the apartment manager is so help and sweet and gets all problems solved very quick.
