Brays Oaks Park

Me and my partner moved here over a month ago and the experience here have been wonderful. Our apt is spacious, not even one critter issue. When we did have minor issue with our dishwasher, once we used the system Dawn gave us, they immediately came to fix the issue in a day. The communication with the office is always quick and responsive . Plus Dawn is the the cherry on the sundae for sure. She's super sweet, informative, communicative, caring and understanding. This place immediately became home to us and I'm grateful for this new place and chapter of our lives that God blessed us with. Thank you Dawn for helping us when you did..

I moved here in January and I love it here. MA. Donna has been nothing but understanding and helpful through the whole process, I love how clean the property is, whenever there is a problem, the address it right away. The property is full of kids that mind well and play together. Overall a nice place to live. Will renew lease every time.

Lovely apartments , manager Donna is always so helpful and genuinely cares about everyone. The staff is excellent. It's quiet here and all the residents are friendly, kind and respectful to each other. I love my apartment. The utilities are offer the way it's set up. The system needs updating. Other than that I happy with it.
