Hi all! We took my mother inlaw into Braveheart properties in Cocoa. She absolutely loved it!! all the homes are different and unique and the people are as well and it seems very friendly we spoke to many people that live there made a appointment with the owner and my mother-in-law is actively trying to purchase one of the properties to build her tiny home on in 10 years I've never seen her so excited after speaking with the owner she's a wonderful woman with very inventive ideas much to my mother-in-law's liking.i hope she can be a part of this free spirited community! She loves the gardens and the owners visions!
Incredible community. Wonderful neighbors. Perfect location. Constantly growing. Monthly newsletter. Common desire for sustainability. Regular community gatherings. Always making improvements. Very promising. Best is yet to come. Who wouldn’t want to live here?
I loved the area!The up and coming plans for this site ,will be nice. I do feel it's overpriced. According to my other tours.
Will be a great place to live when they are done!
