Brantley Pines Apartments

This place is disgusting and unprofessional. They asked me to write a good review when I first moved in. I now have deleted that good review and writing this review since I’ve actually lived here now. There is trash, glass, pet waste, duck waste and roaches all over the property. They make you pay for valet trash, yet it’s inconsistent and trash is all over. They close at 5pm, but if you show up earlier to the office there’s a sign on the door stating they are closed. I had asked when pest control comes through because there’s constantly roaches and I didn’t get a response. Yet they want you to pay all these fees as soon as possible or they threaten you. Disgusting. This has happened a couple of times this past year. At the start of the year it was going well and I’m not sure if it’s the new management or not but it’s always dirty now. The grass is always long and the complex smells of weed every night. Thank you for buying pizza and jimmy John’s every Friday but maybe put more money into having a safe and healthy complex. They have no regards for current residents. The employees they have start as early as 6 am to start working on rooms. Edit : after reviewing other responses by the Brantley Pines team it seems like they always have an excuse for their issues. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have one for the above issues. “Switching management” seems to be a big one. Can’t wait to hear what excuse you give.

I have lived here coming up on a year, and it’s a nice apartment complex. The staff is friendly, and anytime I have something that needs to be fixed, maintenance is on it fast. If you like a nice, clean, quiet place to live, I would definitely recommend Brantley Pines!

I have lived here for a total of 4 years, and love the location, the updates the new company has been doing, and you can’t beat the price. Everyone in the office is a pleasure to work with, and they ensure the grounds are maintained and looking nice. I would recommend anyone to come take a look for your potential new home!

I’ve enjoyed my stay here so far ! The lake is nice and everyone is friendly! The staff are also very kind! They’ve been helpful with accommodating tricky schedules with maintenance requests and actually fix the problem quick! The leasing office has been SO kind too! They’ve helped me in ways I’ve never experienced with a leasing office before and I appreciate them working with me through a tough time. I’ve had friends live in this complex before my time too and liked their time. :)
