Brant Creek Apartments

‼️‼️BRANT CREEK APARTMENTS‼️‼️BEWARE‼️‼️ I am posting this in hopes that I can save at least one person from disaster that is Brant Creek Apartments. Deception, greediness, and negligence prevail here at Brant Creek. The "licensed property manager" will try to nickel and dime you every step of the way, but fails to maintain the property or hire people that are able to do so. Below are pictures of my AC when I opened the back panel after I noticed my bill was ridiculously high and my AC was not holding temp. Obviously, this area has been neglected for some time and had some type of mold growing. After a work order was put in, the trash was removed, but that's about it. The AC then broke a short time later and I was given the run around for almost two weeks. I was told it would be fixed with

Great move-in specials right now. Addyson in the lrasing office is wonderful. There was a problem with the A/C when I moved in, but Addyson took care of it right away. The pool looks like it needs a little extra cleaning, but under new management, so think they will be taking care if this soon.

My family and I have lived here for over a year. We just renewed our lease for another year. Brant Creek Apartments has been great! We have never had a roach problem or a mold problem. The staff are all super friendly, and honestly great to deal with. I love how upfront/transparent they are about things, and if you read/follow the lease (as you SHOULD), then you will have a great time living here. They are pet friendly (I have 2 dogs and a cat), and have pet relief stations all over the complex. We have never had a problem with management here, and maintenance is done relatively quickly. I feel safe raising my baby here. I'm grateful to all of the staff and my wonderful neighbors for making us feel welcome.

My husband and I just spend our first year of living Saint Mary's living in Brant Creek apartments and have enjoyed our time here. Upon renewing our lease, management was very gracious, and we felt appreciated for being here. We have never had issues with the office staff and are grateful to say we feel safe living here.

Me my husband and two kids absolutely love Brant Creek the office people are absolutely amazing and they are there when ever you need them. They have a pool gym and a playground which my children love and the pool is very clean serviced once a week and stays open most of the year until it gets cold it does not close like other pools. The gym is very clean and the play ground is clean and safe there is a pond with a glowing water fall that my 9 month old loves to look at during the evening! It's a very great place to live!
