CAUTION!! RENTER BEWARE!! My experience hasn't been great since we started. I am currently renting while writing this review because I am in a contract. They showed me two places that were full of trash and not made ready. I was desperate because I have a dog and needed to move to a house. Now over a year later, they have yet to provide maintenance on the house that I am in and refuse to offer a discount on rent for Christmas or anytime of the year. I even asked to just pay 1 day late because I want this check to go to gift shopping on black Friday, and they refused to waive the late fee. By the way, paying online is a 10 dollar fee already, now add a late fee. Thankfully, we took pictures and wrote everything down before we moved in. Branson Property Management is an Excellent company to work with, they have amazing customer service and quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Their Staff is exceptional, I would recommend them to anyone!

Don't even apply. They take your money and then deny you for a vague reason. My thing is I kept calling and they didnt even give me the respect to tell me I was denied over the phone. They mailed me a letter. Which means they knew the answer when I called but didnt have a backbone to tell me the truth.

DO NOT DO IT!One of my biggest mistakes was moving into Branson Property Management Properties. At first they were really good about fixing things and then I just kind of slowly stopped. In my lease it states that my house would be up to code my house has not been up to code for quite some time and they didn't want to fix it so I called the health department on them and their response was to kick me out. Even though I have paid my rent every month on time before it was due never missed a month of rent and then waited until they had no more time and then tried to come fix the things that were wrong and then even went as far as charging me $50 because the maintenance man told me a different time than what he actually showed up run run as far as you can you do not want any parts of living in
