My Move-in process went very quickly and smoothly thanks to the help of Miss Deborah and other staff members. This was not the first time Miss Deborah assisted me as she had previously moved me into my last apartment as well. Both times I received detail oriented service and dedication to a comfortable transition. Brandywine seems to be a well kept and reliable apartment complex. I look forward to my stay here.

My experience living at Brandywine and what I wish I would’ve known prior to living there: - When I moved in, the unit was already damaged and reeked of smoke. I filled out the walkthrough form in such detail that I ran out of space and had to attach an extra sheet. I even emailed photos to the office. Didn’t matter—they still hit me with bogus charges when I moved out. - The AC units are ancient. You can set it to 70°, but your apartment will sit at 76–82° for a good bit of the year. Causing electric bill to be $150–$200 a month… for a 600 sqft apartment. While the electric bill/price isn’t controlled by Brandywine the age and state of the AC units are. Maintenance’s excuse when I asked them to look at the unit? “It’s hot because you live on the second floor and the roof is black.” That

Let me write my own honest review. First — the internet. I am forced to pay for an expensive internet service I NEVER asked for, even though I already have my own. And for months it barely worked. Why am I paying for something I don’t use and that doesn’t even function properly? Second — valet trash. The dumpster is literally a few meters from my building. I take my trash out myself. Yet I’m forced to pay $25 every month for a service that doesn’t even come daily like they promised. So what exactly am I paying for? Third — the heater. For TWO months it has been running nonstop. I have to shut it off from the breaker panel myself just to stop it. Two months, and maintenance still hasn’t properly fixed it. Lived here over a year and appreciate the work the complex does to care for resident needs, maintain upkeep and maintenance. I also commend Yainelys for being very helpful during my lease transfer process. She was very professional and walked me through each step thoroughly.

I had such a great tour thanks to Yainelys! She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. She answered all my questions and gave me a great feel for the community. Definitely appreciate how pleasant and helpful she was!
