This company has been exccedingly good to work with. I strongly recommend Brandywine if you are needing a place to stay. They are honest straight forward, responsive and their local protperty manager Diana Young is so so nice. I can't thank her and Brandwyine enough. They fixed maintenance issues nearly immediately and were easy to talk with. You will do well wtih them.

The people at brandywine genuinely want you as part of the family and not just another number. They are there for you whenever you need and I cant thank them enough for their service and overall experience. Truly the best rental experience I have had to this day!

Maintenance man William Meeks took care of our fence within 5 days after making the maintenance report. He was very communicative about the process, made sure myself and my family were in the loop for his arrival and departure, and we have no complaints. Very professional and highly recommend to rent from. We are a military family and they have been good to us.
