I have liked my apartment, but maintenance is negligent. They have also just let themselves into my apartment when I wasn’t home once with no permission. They also let themselves into my apartment when I was home, scaring the daylights out of me. Overall, they’re negligent and bad communicators. They don’t respect their clients privacy or needs.

I absolutely love the apartment we have moved into. Unfortunately, management and maintenance are unresponsive and negligent. I have reached out numerous times about serious issues and have been dismissed, ignored, and shut down. It is incredibly difficult to get anyone to respond and even showing up in person is hit or miss as the office is closed randomly during business hours. I understand being short staffed and spread thin, but you are dealing with people's homes and lives and those people deserve, at the bare minimum, for you to give a damn.

I had a wonderful experience living in one of the properties managed by this company. For almost three years, it was a true pleasure. The management team was fantastic, and I especially want to give a shout-out to Eleanor Safer – she is absolutely amazing! Her responsiveness and helpfulness were truly appreciated. Beyond that, the maintenance team was also top-notch. Any requests I had were handled quickly and efficiently, with the work always done perfectly. It really made a difference and contributed to a stress-free living experience. I highly recommend this management company to anyone looking for a well-run and comfortable home! Thank you so much!

Chris Pauline, the property manager for Bank Street, is an absolute joke. For 10 months he avoided installing light trim kits until a different management company took over. He would close any maintenance requests related to the lights. During the summer, the temperate of the living room would be 10 to 15 degrees hotter than what you set it at and Chris would tell you the AC was working just fine. A duplicate of my mailbox was installed but I was never notified of it or given a key for it. For months I thought my mail was being stolen. Chris, find a different job. Maybe something you’re good at. Alyssa at the office is awesome! It’s a shame Chris being garbage impedes her ability to do her job. Thanks for all of your help Alyssa.

Old apartment was bought by them mid-way through my lease; in addition to never responding to maintenance requests, they let our building's fire alarm go off for approximately four hours (no fire; it was "on test" and no one in the building had been notified of this), beginning at 5 in the morning, and refused to send someone out until business hours, then claimed they didn't know how to turn it off. Horrible company, I advise everyone to stay as far away as they can.
