The Pilchers are incredible! You can’t go wrong working with them to buy or sell a home. They are super knowledgeable and helpful, especially in our situation relocating from Utah to Cincinnati. It was not easy, but working with the Pilchers made it easier! Heather went on several marathon home hunt days with us and she helped us find a great home. We got an inspection done and found the home needed as new roof and they did a great job helping us navigate the negotiations for getting a new roof, not to mention we did a pre-close walkthrough and found out the basement had a small flood with water damage due to a leaking laundry hookup. They helped us easily navigate the negotiations of that issue as well. It was helpful having them both there as we formulated an offer on the home initially.
