Brand Name Real Estate

My experience working with Loren Vevon was excellent! He made the entire selling / buying process so much easier than I expected. He helped me get my house ready to be sold and then took the extra time to help me find a perfect house for me and my young son. Loren was showing me houses 5 days after having major surgery. When I am sure he would have rather been in bed resting. He was always available to meet with contractors or inspectors so I didn’t have to take time off of work. Thanks Loren for helping us find the perfect house!

It was such an ordeal finding a way to get a house that would fit our preferences but with the help of the agent from this company, it was easy. The process was clear and easy to understand and the constant communication make it possible to quickly find a house. When we first visited their office, I was amazed at how clean and nice it was. The staff their were also polite and welcoming. It only took about a month to finally find the house we were looking for! I am totally gonna recommend them to my friends!~

The wonderful agent from Brand Name Real Estate has given us the best gift this year... a new house! It really fit our tastes! The house looks great both the outside and inside. The location for it was just right and best of all, it's right within our budget! The agent we got to work with really did a great job in finding a house that has all the things we need. Well, as expected, we closed on the house with absolutely no help from Brand Name Real Estate! But they sure were willing to leave their name on the contract and get paid for being the most dishonest and untrustworthy agency! Three months later and this real estate agency is still willing to be completely dishonest and leave their name on the contract even through they have not put more that the one hour of work "first and only meeting" into the buying of the house. Horrible is the only way to describe this real estate agency. When we meet with the agent, they reassured us several times during our meeting that if we wanted to change real estate agencies, just to let them know as soon as possible. This company is pretty clearly garbage. They've called me repeatedly about wanting to sell my home when I already have an agent that I trust. Every positive review for the company looks like it was written by either a friend of an agent or an agent themselves. I don't care how much you love working for a real estate company, I care what your customers think. The straw that broke the camel's back and prompted me to write my only review on the internet was them cold calling me at 5am this morning. The rudeness was beyond the pale. Maybe the person that started this company is a good agent, but the one that called me this morning sounded incompetent.
