I just want to thank the office staff for helping me find my new home. I love the office and my apartment. If you are looking for a friendly atmosphere please come talk to Mrs.Winea and Mr. Titus they are very helpful people.

I was a resident for 5 years and all of that time Manager Titus has been there. He is very sweet and always checked on me. I have health issues and he would send me plates of food, or say "Hey if you want to talk just come to my office" and he means it. He will be missed. If anything goes wrong with the apartment after hours someone will call right away. Miss Winea is very helpful and knowledgeful. If she doesn't know something she'll find out and literally call you right back. Now that is amazing service. For me the front management is been more like a family and with everything that I am going through I really appreciate it! The community is full of great people. I will miss them, and my doggie will miss the dog park! I am also going to miss that "plate" Titus can throw down lol Love ya'

Winea was absolutely amazing! She is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. In just one tour, she helped me find not only a new home but a whole new community. I’ll never forget the pride and joy she showed while walking me through my new unit — it truly made the experience special. I’m so grateful for her help and dedication

I am a Driver with a very tight schedule. While I was indecisive on a choosing a property for my new residency , I called Branch Creek to inquire about their 2/2.5 townhomes and had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Titus. This gentleman went above and beyond to assist me with viewing the property in detail and answering any questions or concerns that. Titus went as far as taking time from his day and coming in on his off day on a Sunday to allow me to view the property. That's Extraordinary Guest Service!!!
