Braeswood Plaza Apartments by Make Time LLC

Numerous raw sewage overflows. They received multiple citations from the COH for habitability violations. AC & appliances break down and aren't repaired or replaced.High turn over of office personnel. Grounds are not maintained. After they joined the COH program to house the homeless there was a surge of tenants with substance abuse and mental health issues. Not a safe environment. Despite horrible living conditions the rent rates were increased.

I love this property my apartment has a great view is very quiet management and maintenance very nice people. 10 minutes to downtown very convenient on rodeo season, I love the quick access to 610 and my neighbors are really friendly. Nice property, good job guys!

HORRIBLE Complex!!! Should be less than one star. Recently moved into this property and the A/C has broken down twice. The second time I was told the a/c would probably not be fixed. This is June of 2022 in Texas heat with no Air Conditioning wth!!!!!! It is over 80 degrees in my apartment with management not doing a thing about it. Look elsewhere I would not suggest this complex.

It don’t even deserve a star since I move in I been have alot of problem here ...if u want your stuff to be fix u have to find the maintenance dude around the complex cause the manager will tell u they have someone come fix it but how you gonna tell them to fix it if you never there at the office stay close till rent day that the only time u actually see them ...worst apt I ever move in I can say . don’t even was your time here .. if they would let me rate this apt by star it get a negative -5

No one ever answers the phone. You can only get a number from the office door. There is no published number for the complex.
