Braeswood Oaks Apartments

Second time my wheels have been stolen here. Management does not care and offers no security. No working cameras in front, no security guards, and they make excuses whenever footage is requested. They raise rent but won’t invest in safety. Residents aren’t even allowed to have door cameras despite constant theft and break-ins. Office staff is rude and unhelpful. Many residents have had cars broken into, items stolen, and even a car set on fire. Do not move here unless you want your property stolen.

It’s funny how they only respond to the good reviews and ignore the bad ones just like they ignore how bad the apartment looks! I used to live here. I still go by today to visit family and this apartment is a total eye sore! The speed bumps are brutal and the entire road in there is broken apart tearing up our cars. Why not fix it after all these years but you are raising rent?! Very little visitor parking space, but won’t even give visitor passes and when I asked about parking in the late night , they told me I should wait for a spot when someone leave… At 2 am after a work shift. Would you wait that time for a spot?

Have been leaving here for years and have never have issues ,it's a good place to call home .

The office was very friendly did not have any problems when I moved in. I've learned when moving an apartment you can't expect everything to be extremely perfect I am happy with the spacious living arrangements that I have room for my office I work from home and a walk-in kitchen because I love to bake the maintenance people seem to be very friendly they speak Spanish but so do I very pleasant talking to some of them some of the reviews that I seen everybody has their own situations it's always best to be honest about your situations and apartments were usually work with you I have not had it unpleasant experience since I have been here I've been here 5 days so far and they have guided me with everything that I needed to know with no questions to ask I'm looking forward to living here for
