Bradley Pointe Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The property is always clean and well-kept, and any issues I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. The employees here are friendly, helpful, and truly care about the residents. From maintenance responding in a timely manner to the office staff always being respectful and patient, it really feels like they go above and beyond. I appreciate the communication, the safety of the community, and how smoothly everything is run. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed home.

Make sure you do your research when you move out here it’s not what it seems the apartments need updating. You can’t use the amenities and you’re being charged for them. They’re always changing leasing agents keep up with your receipts and if you do move this way, let it be for a year cause the rent keeps going up. trash be everywhere kids be out there shooting guns and our kids be out there. They charge $300 apiece for dogs and animals When there’s people Who haven’t even paid a deposit for animals or pet fee monthly There needs to be better management in that office and they actually have to be for the people because they are not. They are for self.

The new manager Altresa McCombs is extremely nice and respectful. When I arrived at her office to see their model apt she was welcoming. I appreciate how excited she was to have me as a future resident. Because of her I was able to complete my application and move in quickly. Since I've been living here she's maintained her professionalism. The Apts are spacious with great amenities and I recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly environment to call home...

I lived here over 5 years. And it was awful almost the entire time. Roaches are everywhere. Nothing is taken care of. Management changed over and over to the point they hardly had the time to transition before the next. Work orders would be put forward without your knowledge. I one time was woken up by two random guys to fix my already working a/c. The trash was always overflowing and needing standing open dumpsters that smell and attract bugs. Do not move here. The only reason I was there the last couple years was financial. Once I could I was out. Do not bother with the canned "new management" response. You already lost the ability for me to change my mind on this.

New to the property. But I felt very welcomed and assisted by Trisha (excuse the spelling). She's actually very nice, willing to help and patient. I like that she gave me options and allowed me to view different units. Also, I was educated on the promotions which is a plus. Most places don't do that.
