Bradford Woods

So bad. Our roof was leaking dirty water from upstairs. They didn't fix it until an year later. Now, it's been an year since our oven doesn't work. The maintenance does not care. They took the oven door down and never replaced it. My daughter has an important baking project. We're paying just to receive very poor service. The staff is so rude and passive aggressive. The only thing they'll respond with on here is "it appears you're not part of our community," which is so unprofessional. It's been almost 12 years living in here, and all we've received is the worst service possible.

Amy always treats me with the upmost respect and is always willing to listen and try and fix my concerns. All the staff are good at communicating and are so friendly. I had a lot of trouble finding a place that communicated effectively and clearly and Bradford woods does a great job at that! Frankie, Joel, and Bryan are also awesome. They all always give my pup Matilda so much love and that means the world to me. I hope I can stay here a long time!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. My sister was given a move in date, paid her deposit, given a unit number, signed paperwork, etc. Three days before her move in date she was called and told that her application was received but no units were currently available. She questioned this as she was already told she had a unit, and all of the sudden they claimed “we don’t see your name”. She now has to scramble to find alternative housing as she has to leave her current housing situation. This is absolutely unacceptable.

IF I could give them 0 star I would. Living there was okay, basic apartments, okay area. However currently I've been trying for 5 days to get a quick rental verification form filled out by them, and "THEY ARE TO BUSY". It's a 1 page check box form, and they can't take two minutes to complete. Caroline has always been very rude, and I would not recommend her to handle your business AT ALL‼️

Ive lived here almost 3 years and haven't had any real problems. They renovated my apartment and did a good job. It looks so much better. But my one complaint is the entrance gate is always open. You're suppose to have a gate card to get in. Ive only used mine a handful of times. Last night my work vehicle was broken into and I had a lot of my tools stolen. More security would be my biggest suggestion, with more lighting around the park lots.
