Bradford Square Apartments

Okay place to live at. the rent is very reasonable. This place is no better or worse than any other places i have lived at. I have my ups and downs here just like any other place. what i like about it it is quiet most of the time I do get things fixed. What i don't like about it is the hot roddin up and down council and those motorcycles going lickatee split up and down council

Terrible place to live, been here one month, AC still broken, hot af during the day, multiple maintenance request. Tried charging me $900 for first month rent. Had to go in the office and talk to them. Roaches and flies in the apt at all times. Cant use half of sink, disposall leaks everywhere. Oven door won't close due to wrong sized rack, took a month to get refrigirotor replaced, One they brought from other apt wont fit in spot, so now fridge in living room. Took a month to get smoke alarms installed. This place is ridiculous. Have a good atorney if you move here.

So I have called 4 different numbers for this office several times a day for over a week. Still never get a answer. Also the voicemail box is ALWAYS full

This place not only were highly unprofessional but their communication was piss poor. Not only are we out $150, we didnt even get a heads up on if we fot approved or not for a place and they ran out of rooms. Dont go through them.

I am currently living at these apartments...been here for a few years been having floods since I moved in these apartments my wood floors coming up from the floods they recently found a broken pipe inside my bathroom walls mold as well never came back to finish the job bad place to live not safe for kids pets control don't come poor management they these apartments needs to be closed down
