Bradford Place Apartments

I just placed my application last Saturday. Thank you so much Valencia for all your help today and for all you do over and above for your clients.

Honestly, I wish I could leave a half a start. My sister and I applied for these apartments in September, got approved, and was then told, after calling over a dozen times, that there weren’t any more 3bed 2bath and that we could get a 2bdrm instead. After declining that offer, from our understanding, our deposit was supposed to be processing that day. Here we are in the month of February and still haven’t received our deposit back. We’ve been told every excuse from “they didn’t have proof that we paid a deposit” to “your deposit may have gotten lost on the way” to “the only way they can get in touch with corporate is through email” and to top it off, they aren’t able to provide us with the email. I 10/10 highly wouldn’t recommend these apartments until they’re able to get in contact with

This is the worst place I ever lived you do what ever you want to do don't worry about getting evicted you want what ever it is all the owner wants is your rent money I hate I have to give 1 star I didn't recommend unless your desperate not kid friendly they let a new manager come and mess people's payments up because of what she did now I have to pay more money as soon as find some other place to move I will be gone you don't play with people's payments I out

I unfortunately would not recommend. I hate to write this review, but I know what a clean environment is and this is not it. There are nights that I cant even sleep in my apartment. There’s more going on behind closed doors besides whats being thrown on the ground.

I been here for a year and a half. I was embezzled by the apartments. They don't like to fix things. They have more people not on the lease then I ever seen.
