Bradford Place Apartments

Be careful when you move out. You will move out (with proof) and the next 4-6 weeks they will evict you for a month you didnt even live there and send it to collections. Rodney is a fraud and is out for your hard earned money, not to mention hes very rude to talk to on the phone. He allowed me to be sexually harassed by the maintenence man while I was there not once but SEVERAL TIMES and they just brushed it off knowing the guy has a history of laying his hands on woman. PLEASE dont move your kids to this neighborhood. ITS NOT SAFE. My son was hit by a truck on the sidewalk one day. Got proof of that as well. The apartment appears dirty. Old yellow appliances. My toilet flooded my hallway 3 times and they refused to get it fixed. Same with the washer and dryer..they would stop working and

The staff at Bradford Place has always been very receptive and accommodating to any issues that I have had as a tenant. Would recommend.

They got me in there for a tour a day I signed up for one and got my application started right after and did a great job on getting it approved fast and they work with you. I'm thankful for them 😄

This is a wonderful for all incomes and even a great place for new students to reside. They are always willing to help you when it comes to any questions you may have or any maintenance issues get solved quickly. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to currently reside

Both Rodney and Roberta have been very helpful and kind during our move-in process. Any issues or concerns that have come up they have addressed right away and have made it such an easy process. This complex fit all of our needs and we were able to get in right away. I'm very thankful and excited to call this place home.
