Can’t begin to express how poor the service is with this property management. Months of work orders with no returned calls and left numerous messages. Very rude when I did get in touch with them. Wouldn’t return my deposit because “there were a handful of items left” Which was in fact a lie. Wouldn’t recommend BPG properties to the homeless. Stay away!

As a former PM I can honestly say this company is the absolute worst out there! Unfortunately, my experience with this property management office has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Communication is consistently poor—maintenance requests go unresolved for weeks, sometimes months, despite multiple follow-ups. When issues are acknowledged, there is little to no sense of urgency, even for serious or disruptive problems. Customer service is lacking; emails and calls are often ignored, and when responses are received, they are dismissive rather than helpful. Tenants are left feeling unheard and unsupported, which is unacceptable for a professional management company. A well-managed property requires accountability, transparency, and timely action—none of which have been demonstrate

As a long-distance property owner, I was initially nervous about managing my home in Charleston, SC from afar—but BPG Property Management completely put my mind at ease. I couldn’t be more pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. They handled everything seamlessly—tenant screening, maintenance, rent collection, owner distributions and communication—with reliability and transparency. Their attention to detail and genuine care for both the property and the tenants truly puts them above their competition. I always felt informed and confident that my investment was in good hands. If you’re looking for a trustworthy property management company as a local or remote owner, I can’t recommend BPG highly enough!

Since I have moved out of the area BPG has managed multiple properties of mine for sometime. The team has always been transparent and easy to communicate with. I have had no issues with tenants after hiring BPG. The times I have had to make minor repairs to a unit the team has given me good advice and helped the process be quick and cost effective.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Horrible property management. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Property managers are totally incompetent are there are hidden fees everywhere. Not worth your time.
