Boylston Place Apartments

I absolutely loved living at Boylston Place - the apartments are beautiful with nice finishes and huge closets in the bedrooms. There’s secure parking and though there isn’t a lot of communal space, I enjoyed using the bbq in the courtyard. Management is quick to respond and pleasant to work with. It's hands down the best apartment I've ever lived in.

After living at Boylston Place Apartments for nearly ten years, I hands down must give it a five star review. The building’s previous landlord and manager were pretty great, and the new management that took over is phenomenal. The current building manager is quick to respond, friendly, fair, and honest. Something that is rare these days. I recently moved out from Boylston Place and I am very happy with how the new management company at Boylston Place handled the transition as my unit is needing to be vacated to be remodeled. The new management added a plethora of fixes for the building including fixing plumbing issues, remodeling the foyer, installing new security measures like the Luxor package pickup (a godsend!). Moved in here just a bit ago and it has been great! Any problems we have are quickly fixed and the landlords are always willing to help and easy to reach. Great location and beautiful apartments with new appliances.
