We had a solar light in the mulch that our neighbor called and complained about shining into their house, even though he leaves all of his lights on all night and all day long. The property management company decided to remove our problematic solar lamp with my permission but took it to their office told me to pick it up at my convenience, and then issued me a no trespassing letter filed with the police. Not only do I not have access to the amenities such as the pool and gym located at the same address as the office and that we pay for as part of the rent but they knowingly tried to have me prosecuted for trespassing by inviting me to pick up my property and then issue the letter. Maintenance of the development has been deteriorating over the past year or two, and the snow removal during the recent storm was abysmal. Three days after the storm ended streets are covered with patches of ice, cars are plowed into parking spaces and can't be moved, and neighbors are slipping and falling; one of them suffered a head injury.

We have had a great experience working with Pam Doncsecz, the property manager on site at our complex. From start to finish she made the move-in process a breeze, even suggesting a local moving company to assist us in the process. Thank you Pam!

Don't use this company. I hate them with a true passion. They do a lousy job mowing grass and leaf maintance but where they fail the most is snow removal. We had a 2 day snow storm and I've seen their crew drive up and down the street not stopping to shovel or plow anyone out at 1 PM in the afternoon. I had to shovel out my house, my mothers house and helped a few neighbors when I have the energy. I have emailed and called about their last snow removal job back in December of 2020 with no response, just a joke of an apology. I will be actively looking for a way to replace them. I work full time and care for my new born at home and I don't have time to remove snow when I pay for a monthly fee. Don't bother with these people they don't care about you or your community.

My husband and I scheduled an appointment to look at a property and they called and canceled the day of the appointment. The person was sick. That is fine and we understand. So we rescheduled. We went to our appointment the next week and called when we get there to see where to meet at. No one answered the phone, so I left a message. Then no one showed up for our appointment. We waited like 20 minutes past our appointment and still no one showed up. I emailed them once we got home to see what happened and we never heard anything back from anyone. Very unprofessional.
