Boyd Homes Towns at Swift Creek

We were looking at three other locations within the area and after searching The Towns at Swift Creek became our number one choice. The layout provided everything we needed plus more. One of the agents Rachaell Houston was very professional, helpful and resourceful while assisting us. I use to work as a Quality Control Specialist for a Fortune 500 company and I can assure you that the customer service across the board was exceptional and very informative. I am an owner at the Towns at Swift Creek. I have been trying to get their warranty person to get back to me for almost three months. He responded to my first email but has been radio silent ever since. He told us to use the list of numbers that he provided for the various contractors. The flooring contractor’s phone has been disconnected and that is where I need help. I called the main Boyd Homes number and was told that the manager for the warranty area would call me back, still no call back.
