Boyd & Hassell Property Management

Each month I spend a lot of time trying to collect money from this property management company. It's been the worst experience of owning a property. Absolutely NO COMMUNICATION. All repairs was set to be done by myself or with my approval. This company does not let me know anything. Each month they come with another payment issue or more money that I owe instead of them paying me. It has been easy and quick fixes that can be done by myself or my repairman. There's no excuse for the owner of the property to be treated in this manner. I hate to sound like a conspiracy person but either the tenants are paying and Boyd & Hassell are not sending out funds or Boyd and Hassell just don't give a damn about the property owners to collect the appropriate amount of money. I hope things change soon b

......Update still waiting for this guy to come back and finish the bathroom he said he was waiting on a window which would take 2-3 weeks to come well it's been 3 months haven't heard from him . There are holes in wall by the tub he left open with all rotted wood . He left a wood border in shower that has black mold in it and under it and he told us he was going to take that down and go to ceiling with the shower thing he put in but he didn't also the molding around tub is already coming up . He did a terrible job sloppy left glue all over the walls and tub . This is ridiculous he knows he didn't finish the job . Why can't people just finish what they start and do a good job . This looks like shit!! Pictures to follow. He also put shower knob in wrong my husband has had to fix it twice !!

3.6 rating says it all. Locked me out of my home and tells me I'll have to pay for a locksmith. Make that make sense.

I have never encountered better staff at any other property manager. They are flexible, empathetic, and always willing to help. The staff has been amazing when helping me navigate a stressful and complex situation. I couldn't be more happy with the service they have provided and I'm looking forward to renting from them for a long time to come.

Does not do proper maintenance nor timely repairs. I have several photos depicting the damages caused by neglect to proper repairs. We’ve leased for almost 20 years and have been waiting for about 15 of those years to receive proper maintenance and repairs for a collapsing ceiling, black mold, a collapsing shed, and on top of that not having fully functional amenities upon signing the lease. Our dish washer is from the nineties, and it doesn’t even work. I’m afraid that one day my older mother will come down from the toilet and through the ceiling because of their lazy “repairs” if you can call that a repair. If you have to spend more money on proper repairs because of negligent maintenance, I don’t see why the tenant should hold any responsibility to the matter.
