We just recently moved out due to a better financial opportunity. Upon leaving we were told by one of the property managers at boxwell realty that upon moving out we would receive pictures via email which would be the same pictures sent to the owner during the exit inspection of the home. We were asked to pay a professional carpet cleaning company to care for the carpets within the home before the move-out date. We hired a great company called "BeClean". The gentleman I spoke with has been doing carpet care for over a decade and brought some insight into the condition of the carpet. We lived in the home for 5 years. We had prior issues for several months with no communication while our property manager was out on leave, but now that Jessica Todd is back she has taken care of everything we have needed. The owner of the company, Drew, has also been involved and extremely available to talk us through everything for selling our current rental property. Would definitely recommend this company and I can’t say enough great things about Jessica & Drew. They are wonderful to work with and have their property owners best interests in mind. I want to give a huge shout out to Jessica Todd. I am a new business owner locally and this is my first time renting commercial properties. Jessica has been there and walking me through the whole process. From doing the paperwork and handing all the repairs the building needed. See the building had been sitting for 5 years and someone had stolen all the copper out the AC unit AND the water lines. Jessica ensured everything was fixed and running smoothly the first week I was in the building. She was up 8/9pm at night working to ensure that the people tasked with fixing everything did so in a timely manner so I could be up and running by ny grand opening.
