Bowman Pointe Apartments

Been with them since 2021 and I love them so much. Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They are absolutely about community, the amenities are phenomenal, and their events are fun! If you’re thinking about living here, do it!

Almost two years living at Bowman Point Apartments and we’re still very happy here. The community is quiet and friendly, management is helpful and responsive, and the maintenance team does a great job and addresses issues promptly. The property is well maintained and feels safe and comfortable. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home and we would definitely recommend Bowman Point Apartments.

I love these apartments. The staff is great. If you ever have a question or concern staff addresses it immediately. The amenities are awesome. The pool is the best in the whole greater Little Rock area. The pool even stays open longer than any other apartment complex. The Tuesday night events are awesome. It is a great place to live

I just moved in, at the beginning of September but I absolutely love my apartment so far. The countertops, the closets, the vaulted ceilings and detailing is just beautiful. Maintenance is always super quick, and so very helpful. There are so many events and giveaways - plus so many things are conveniently close to my home! I never imagined I would be so happy at Bowman! 🧡

I had a fantastic experience with Angelica! She was patient, extremely helpful, and made sure all my questions were answered! Her professionalism and attention to detail made everything so easy. Great customer service and a lovely attitude!
