Roo Commons, one of their properties, has trash filled hallways and parking lot that can go months without cleaning. It takes multiple phone calls to get service done to the apartment. I’ve moved out of the apartment a month and a half ago without receiving a bill or my security deposit back. Overall, an unpleasant experience
