Non-Existent Communication — I attempted to rent an apartment listed with Lana Falcicchio and unfortunately had a very poor experience. Both my agent and I reached out multiple times via email, text, and phone without receiving any response. When I went to the office in person, the only staff member present was dismissive and talked over me as I tried to explain which unit I wanted to apply for. I completed a form and was told the application would be emailed the same day, but no email ever arrived.
