Boundary Village Townhomes

This is the WORST apartment complex. Listen to the reviews, Neighbors will steal your packages but act friendly. Neighbors will bang on your walls all day and night and the leasing people won’t do anything but tell you to record them then when you come with the evidence they’ll disappear. Neighbors will use your parking spot even after you report them to the leasing agents. They’ll send out letters “threatening” to take action but never do anything. Driving in and out your complex is hard because cars park all around the curb so you can’t see what’s coming towards you. Come by on a late night to really see what’s it like over here

I came here for a tour and get information because I’m moving to the area. Emily was so helpful and answered all my questions. She was super kind and the place was beautiful.

Already disappointed and haven’t even moved in yet… sigh. My roommate and I are set to move in in the next two weeks or so, as our lease is ending at the end of this month and the leasing office never answers calls or gets back to their potential residents about application issues. I have left numerous messages across many numbers, as well as written an email. Only time i get an answer was when i drove down there to ask the leasing agent, who revealed that something worse was needed in the application, which we never would have know, if i hadn’t gone down there! This process has been entirely frustrating, especially being that time is running out!

Horrible experience with their leasing office at the end of our lease. They’re highly disorganized and unreasonable!! I’ve never experienced this with any other apartment complex in the area. RUN!!!

Flea infested, harsh water, unprofessional, constant turnover in the office, hidden fees, etc. the walls are so thin you might as well say you and the neighbors are roommates..not worth the price at all..
