Boulevard on Wilshire

I lived in this building for several years, and it was truly my favorite apartment and property management team I’ve ever had. The building was always well maintained, and the management team was consistently professional, responsive, and kind. Hannah Lee and Skye Lovelady genuinely cared about the residents and the community they created. Leaving was not easy, and I will truly miss calling this place home. I highly recommend this building and management team to anyone looking for a place that feels both well run and welcoming.

This place is amazing! It's by far one of my favorite places I lived at in Los Angeles. The management, Hannah and Skye, are super friendly and always there to help. The building is pretty much being cleaned everyday so it always smells nice in the Hallways and elevators. The maintenance guy is also always quick and helpful. There's also a lot of great things to do in walking distance. Trader Joes, All Seasons Brewery, LACMA, a great dispensary. I even walked to the grove from there all the time which like maybe a 30 - 40 minute walk but through beautiful neighborhoods. I'm sad I had to move but anyone thinking about moving here should do it. It's a really beautiful place.

I visit my friend that lives here often, this building is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so kind and helpful! This place used to smell amazing as soon as you walked in, I’m not sure what changed but it now smells absolutely horrible, like toxic chemicals which cause irritation and allergies. I’m not sure what’s going on but if you could please make the building smell nice and fresh again, that would be great!

I've never felt compelled to write a review for an apartment before but the team at Boulevard have been incredible. As long as Hannah is on the management team, I can attest that your renting experience will be as smooth and painless as possible. All maintenance issues in my unit and on the property were handled quickly and with no fuss. I can't thank the current team enough. For the property itself: This is a great location, my unit was spacious with plenty of natural light and updated appliances, the layout is great, and once you step inside the building, it truly feels like home.

Me and my boyfriend have had the best experience since moving in here! the staff and management have been nothing but friendly and super helpful. They are always responsive and communicative making sure our needs are met. Maitinence has been great, and the facility/amenities are well kept/taken care of! They go above and beyond by hosting fun activities here and there for the residents and truly makes living here feel like a luxury. Would recommend this place to anyone in LA
