Boulders at Overland Park Apartments

Un-prompted review I've rented many times in my life and this has been a great experience. Maintenance is very present (I see them daily but never really exchange but the universal guy head nod) but you can tell they take pride in their work. The complex is always clean and well maintained (even in the winter) The office staff have been extremely friendly and remember my name and my dogs name. I don't hear any noise from my neighbors (maybe i'm just lucky so far) but even my neighbors have been nice. You really can't go wrong here, they absolutely destroy nearby competition from value to service.

I did a 13 month lease & I absolutely loved my time here! It’s a clean and quiet complex, the response time for maintenance is amazing! The office staff is so kind and very responsive. If I ever move back to the Kansas side this is the place that will be on top of my list!

Hi my name is sarah I am a prior resident at the boulders Overland Park I moved out in June. Prior to moving out the leasing manager assured me I was getting my pet deposit back since they are ESAS. I have contacted the billing department and they have tried to reach the office here at the boulders so I have come to my last resort to write a review on them not refunding my money. Due to having emotional support animals your not suppose to pay a pet deposit and have refunded to you. They have the right paper work from my health team. I hope we can resolve this in a timely manner. Thank you.

Only lived here a week so far, but everything seems to be going great. Neighborhood is nice and fairly quiet for apartment living. The front office staff is very helpful and quick to respond which is great! Our apartment was very well cleaned before we moved into it and they even replaced the carpeting for us before move in! No complaints so far!

*post has been updated on bottom* I've been apartment hunting for quite a bit. Boulders has been a great property to view. In my opinion it's a great location and has really nice amenities, like a saltwater infinity. I toured the apartments with Krista, she's pretty cool (compared to other leasing agents I've toured with). She's very knowledgeable about all the questions I had asked and was great to tour withx The apartment was beautiful, and felt huge (in comparison to the sqrt ft of the floor plan). Also the price was pretty good (in my opinion) when looking at 1 sqrt ft: $1 ratio + the upgrades of granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, W/D and hardwood floors in living areas. They have been very transparent with me and I am looking forward to moving in soon. **Will update wit
