Boulder Property Management

Boulder Property Management is scummy, predatory, complacent, and incompetent. I had them for 3 years and my shower leaked the whole time, my windows got painted over and couldn’t open (illegal fire code hazard), my radiators broke and shot water out of them and were never fixed after complaints so I just had to turn them off and be cold. And the cherry on top is that they didn’t ship my deposit back to me until 57 days after my lease ended and they don’t have an option for in person pick up (so that they can leach the interest off of YOUR money as long as possible (60 days)). These people do not care about you. Rebecca is great though, nicest lady in the world, cares a lot about people and the property 4Star still might be worse though. We are going on week 2/3 without a functioning washer. This is not the first time BPM has refused to provide a solution or a reason for the lack of resolution. Last winter we had to fight with them over our heat being out for extended periods of time. Extremely disappointing.

We had some electrical issues at our property and Cristopher, the electrician they've sent, was fantastic. He did a great job at fixing everything and explained the issues well. I also appreciate the advice he gave in making sure everything goes smoothly in the future. His attitude and positivity were amazing too!

Absolutely awful experience with this property management company. I called to report a serious safety issue at 1022 Pleasant Street — cracked glass windows that make the house hazardous. Instead of taking it seriously, Frank from maintenance hung up on me and accused me of being rude simply for pointing out the danger. This is slum-lording at its finest. No tenant should have to fight this hard just to get basic safety concerns addressed.

My son recently rented an apartment through BPM. They were so pleasant to deal with. Kristin from leasing was amazing to speak with, and Logan in accounting was very nice and knowledgeable when we had questions about my son's rent!
