Boulder Pines Apartments

Over the years the quality of the property, management and tenants have went "downhill". My neighbors are disgusting. Nothing has been done about my numerous complaints. The neighbors kids even knocked over my Christmas decorations and ran, was caught on my camera, and I was asked, why I didn't take a picture of what was knocked over....

Kaylah is an absolutely unhinged and disgusting individual who does not need to work with the public. She strung me and my fiancé along for 2 months, missed days at a time, promised us an apartment and then had no remorse when it was rented out. She honestly acts as if she is under the influence as she would tell us to come in one day, and then forget everything about us and we would have to continue to explain every single time we got in there. She eventually told us that we weren’t allowed to apply, which sounded off so we started speaking with people higher up than her who told us completely different information. On 12/8/25 we came into the office to speak with a manager and Kaylah was in her office working with a potential client. She overheard our conversation with the secretary and

HORRIBLE apartment residents. First time someone took my antenna off my truck. Then there goes a 2nd & 3rd time someone hits my suv doors. Ya’ll keep a close eye of your vehicles!!

This apartment is the worst place ever to put in for apartment application bad customer service, they don’t take phone calls and delayed the whole application process for over two weeks and then turn around not to get me approved for the apartment ok I’m not mad at that I just need my holding fees back they telling me to wait for 30 days for just holding fees who does that I’m so glad I’m not even approved for this bs apartment with worst customer service management looking at the reviews at other occupants complaints towards this apartment this the worst place to be at please stay away smh

1 Star I am extremely disappointed with the lack of proper maintenance in these apartments. The floors are consistently dirty and appear to go without adequate cleaning for long periods of time. It is both unsanitary and unacceptable for residents to be expected to live in such conditions. Cleanliness and regular upkeep should be a basic standard, and unfortunately, this property fails to meet that. I strongly urge management to prioritize proper cleaning and maintenance moving forward.
