Boulder Creek Apartments

The staff is nice. But I got my keys in 2/13 and was suppose to move in 2/14 but this has been the move from hell. The same week I got my keys , the precious tenants moved out the same week. Naturally I would’ve left a good review but I have to be honest . I fogged the unit ( as I do any new place ) . Expecting 1-4 bugs at most. But when I came back the next day there was easily 20+ roaches and some were still alive . It was clear the previous tenants had an infestation . This is embarrassing not only for Me and my future guests but also because it took forever for me to view the unit because again, tenants JUST moved out. The rushed the cleaning , it’s clear because I keep finding things on the carpet which easily would’ve ruined a vaccum. At the viewing , I killed a roach so I knew then.

As someone coming from another apartment complex with TERRIBLE everything I was super nervous to find another one, but let me tell you Amber in the front office eased all my worries. She’s super helpful and literally helps you hand in hand with the whole process. And the renovated units are to die for! Absolutely beautiful can not wait to start our new living journey 🥹

TOWED MY CAR! I just bought a car and had temporary tags and they towed my car. Got a sticker a couple of days ago and I’ve been trying to call the front office multiple times a day to get it situated to no avail. The tags were registered through their online portal with the correct information and still towed! Now I have to pay $325 to get it out just for them to probably tow it again. I’ve never had this issue any where else. I’ve had nothing but problems since my move in. Please do not rent from here. Listen to the reviews and stay far away

So very disappointed with this apartment complex. After calling and stopping by the office a few times over this past week, putting in calls to maintenance and requesting repairs online for a broken A/C, I still have no answers! The office staff have been very nice but maintenance is not doing their job. Does anyone know who to contact concerning maintenance? Who is over maintenance that I can contact?

Update: I was moving from out of state and toured what I thought was my future apartment. I stopped by numerous times while in SC over the past two months and the front door has always been locked. I stopped by recently and there was a line of people at the front door and we were having a conversation and I learned that my tour guide Amber had resigned. I’ve called numerous times with no answer. This is beyond frustrating considering that I am trying to secure a location before relocating. The residents I spoke with this day told me about the multiple maintenance issues including things such as no A.C., the office never being opened, too witnessing employees drinking in their car. I am not longer interested in this complex and I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is interested to search else wher
