Working with Boston Preferred Properties has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in Boston. I have nothing but praise for Evan and the team. Three years ago, Evan helped me find an incredible rental in Fenway, and he’s been exceptionally communicative, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout. Marisa Fisch has also been wonderful to work with, and the team’s email communication is always timely and reliable. As I start looking to invest in a property, Boston Preferred Properties is the only group I’d consider working with in the city!

Evan was the best realtor I’ve ever worked with (and I’ve rented in major markets such as Miami, NYC and now Boston). I met Evan as I had a poor experience with a previous realty group in the area. Management always promptly responded to our emails and service requests and maintained open communication about apartment tours, fire alarm inspections, and expectations for the apartment upon move-out.
