I was abruptly informed two weeks prior to Christmas that my building was being sold. The timing was especially stressful. I saw one apartment prior to finding my home that made me want to cry. I absolutely couldn’t see myself living there. Fortunately, Danny was extremely responsive and arranged a viewing for me first thing the next morning. His professionalism and genuine desire to help made a very challenging experience manageable. To take things a step further, after moving in I lost the entire contents of my wallet, keys included. Danny responded within moments and made sure to have keys to me within impeccable timing. Despite having already signed a lease, I was still a priority. Boston Realty Net has treated me as a person, they’re interested in building lasting relationship

The person assisting me was named Daniel Allen. Easily the best person I have ever worked with. Due to circumstances I had less than 1 week to find an apartment in Boston. After showing me multiple potential places to live that fit my unique time frame, Daniel managed to find the perfect place in the North End for me. Every step of the way he was there for any questions, comments, or concerns with an extremely speedy response. I will certainly be using this company, and hopefully Daniel, when I begin my search for a new apartment in the following years. 10/10.

Hi everyone, this was my second time working with Frank at Boston Realty Net and with both experiences over the years he found wonderful places for me to live that fit my very specific set of criteria. It's no surprise why he has such strong connections within the Boston realty community as he is very professional, approachable, and honest, all things that can be hard to find in a realtor. I have always appreciated how he has never been pushy and instead works with you no matter how long to find the perfect place. I've had the pleasure to get to know him over the years and as one of the owners of Boston Realty Net, I recommend him to anyone who is looking to rent or buy.

Boston Realty managed a unit for me and left it in extreme disrepair. I asked for some simple information so I can clean up the mess and they won't answer or return my call. Extremely frustrated but willing to take this down if they just respond.

I replied to a Studio on Zillow and Mathew Scano was the listing Agent..Matt responded with question as the same I checked off on Zillow.I requested 2 days to tour the Unit and his lack communication was very unprofessional, I emailed him several more times and dead silent, now the place is off market, never even gave me that chance, I would think twice if his name ever comes across
