We tried to go to the open house of an apartment complex listed by Janice Dumont from Boston Realty Advisors. All doors were locked, with no signs and no one showing the apartments in freezing weather. It's one of the best ways to showcase what irresponsibility is.
Horrible experience. Was supposed to meet Todd Fitzgerald on Thursday afternoon at the apartment he was going to show me. Messaged him an hour before scheduled time to ask a question and never received an answer. Showed up for the showing 10 minutes early, messaged him again, and waited 30 minutes before leaving for another showing. Lost my business to a realtor who actually showed up.
Do not use for property management. Disorganized, unresponsive, unhelpful, incompetent.
