Poor management that tries to save owners' expense by neglecting repairs amd downplaying issues. In the apartment we rented, the owner ended up spending a huge amount of money in repairs mainly due to the negligence and lack of experience from this management. They also handed over a dirty apartment filled with damp odor to the new tenants. Irrespective of renters or landlord, stay away from this management.
