Based on the repeated lack of response to email and maintenance requests, I’m starting to think no one actually works at this company. You literally submit requests to a chatbot, and the phone number you call for support is a 3rd party person that has no information on how to contact your actual property managers. Avoid renting from this… company? At all costs.
