Jim was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He not only completed a foundation-to-roof inspection, he also provided very helpful advice for a potential new homeowner. He didn't sugar-coat anything, and he was very honest about the shortcomings of the building. Would use his services again!

Jim and Aiden are absolutely excellent home inspectors. They showed up to my inspection early and did a full review of the exterior of the property before I arrived and walked me through their findings. They were extremely thorough in their inspection and answered all of my questions patiently throughout the duration of the inspection. A detailed written report with photos was sent to me while we were still at the property. I had a few follow-up questions after the inspection and Jim happily spent 30 minutes of his time with me over the phone walking me through the follow up questions I had. He has been in the business for over 30 years and has a wealth of knowledge that you don't find every day. Very highly recommend!

Recently worked with Boston Home Inspectors for a condo inspection. Devin had arrived early and already prepared to walk me through everything. He took the time to explain all the home’s various systems, including labeling equipment dates of manufacturing, tagging shutoff valves, walking through maintenance best practices, and pointing out cosmetic issues I should be aware of.
