Do not rent with this group. Arrived to a "professionally cleaned apartment" and was met with a mice infestation, dirt and grime everywhere, making us spend days cleaning. Dishwasher and dryer were broken for months and wasn't fixed until a month before moving out for the new tenants. Despite being told we were amazing tenants and kept the place so clean and nice (which is why it definitely got rented out again-wouldn't be the case if it still looked the way it was when we got it) they took money off our security deposit for a missing fire alarm. Mind you, the missing fire alarm was a result of their maintenence team, we had filed a request for new alarms and despite on our portal saying the request was completed, the alarm never got replaced. Slumlords poorly managing terrible properties. Company did not fulfill their promise of cleaning the premises before our move in and we moved all previous tenant’s trash out ourselves. Company waived a 100$/mo pet fee that did not actually exist. Lawn was mowed twice in a whole year. Room was in poor condition with a mismatched paint job and broken blinds. Our sink did not work the entire year and we had to unclog it multiple times a week. Company will attempt to charge you for maintenance requests where they did not fix the problem. Most rooms including mine could not legally be rented out due to not having a 1) closet and 2) smoke detector. I did not even have a formal year long lease for my room. Rent is extremely high for the quality of room and house they are selling. I couldn’t wait
