The staff at Bosshardt were able to complete a closing on a property within a week of when the seller received our offer. Amazing! All documents were signed digitally via email except for one document that had to be notarized at the bank, which was a short walk across the street from Bosshardt. My husband and I were very pleased with the excellent service. Thank you, Britney, and the other Bosshardt staff who saw the transaction through to its speedy completion.

I've used Bosshardt Title for 4 transactions as buyer and seller. Each transaction has been easy yet rigorous. Kim and team notified me of a few missing documents ahead of the closing dates that allowed me to ensure that the actual days of closing were uneventful. I wouldn't use any other title company in Gainesville.

I will speak from my personal experience with Bosshardt Title Agency compared to other title agencies I've closed with as a real estate agent. Unfortunately, my buyers directly experienced issues with Bosshardt Title throughout their closing (i.e. errors on documents and a lapse in communication delivering wiring instructions). My buyers also made comments indicating their interactions with Bosshardt Title representatives were not always pleasant. I recently sold my home and used Bosshardt Title as my closing agency. They did an excellent job from beginning to end. My buyer changed lenders suddenly and moved the closing date around three times but Bosshardt Title was always able to adjust and kept things moving along. Their on-line closing website kept me informed throughout the process and even allowed me to upload many of the personal documents needed for the closing. The closing was super easy with most of the paperwork signing done electronically. To cap it off my sales proceeds were wired to my bank immediately after final completing of the closing.
