I found Denee to be great to work with and would highly recommend her! I inherited a house that I needed an appraisal done on which she went the next day and had the written appraisal to me in 2 days! I then decided to list the house with her and had an offer the next day & closed 2 weeks later! It was the smoothest process I have ever experienced with a realtor!

My experience with Bosshardt Realty Service has been very good. The only reason I am no longer leasing through them is I was blessed and able to purchase a home of my own. Trish and Earl have always been very professional, very courteous, very helpful, and very straightforward. If something came up at the home that needed to be fixed, they saw to it that it was done most often within 24 hours, if not sooner. I did my best to keep the home clean and tidy, they did their best to be there if/when needed. I would recommend and have recommended the Ocala team to anyone looking for rental property. It was the first time ever using a rental service versus renting straight from an owner and I can't say enough about how great they are.

Used their services for 3 yrs. Gave over $4k to them to do what I could have in my own. Company had internal issues and changed my property manager but I only found out because I called them. If you're considering then, you'd be better off listing your property on Zillow and managing it yourself. Had to escalate a situation to their regional manager. Never returned phone calls. When I made it to their office she stood in a room with me, never even made eye contact or bothered to introduce herself. Very unprofessional company

I am a property owner who is in the military and lives out of state. I needed someone to manage my property for me since I would not be around. They have taken advantage of this. I have been charged a lot of maintenance fees that should of have been covered by the tenants. I have tried to talk to my direct manger who argues everything and says his manger will contact me, but never does. I pulled a surprise visit on them last month and they were friendly to my face but 2 weeks later started up again. I have figured that I have lost over $2000 from the nickel and diming they have done over a 2 year period. When I decided to sell my property in Ocala and entered into a contract for sale with the company, who were managing my rental. In two months there was not a single showing, and few days into the contract, my property showed up as off market on Zillow. My agent had no idea about this and when I brought it to his attention, he told me Zillow "got it wrong." I told him to reenter my property information back on to fix the problem. After my tenant left on Jun 30,2018, my agent called to tell me that Bosshardt wants someone else to handle the sale. It is the 5th of July and no one from that company has contacted me.
