I’ve sold multiple properties over the years—from multi-family units to multi-million dollar homes—and I can confidently say this was the most bizarre and unprofessional showing experience I’ve ever encountered. On Sunday, 9/7/2025, Monica Pascual of Bosshardt Realty arrived at my Port Orange property with two individuals she presented as prospective buyers. However, it quickly became clear that these individuals were not pre-qualified, nor were they genuinely interested in purchasing a home.
