Extremely disappointed with Bosque Real Estate. Had several bad experiences throughout the process. At times our agent was non-responsive and ignored our feedback. Would not recommend using this group if you're looking to buy or sell property.

Everyone here is very personable and knowledgeable. This is the biggest staffed Real Estate offices in Bosque & Hill County. I like how everyone works together as a team and if one specific agent cannot get to a client on a last minute notice, then there is always someone else who can. Great customer service and work eithic!

So I went through bosque real estate and had Denise as my agent buying my first home, she was listing a home for her friend who is a firefighter for Waco FD. Because Denise knew my family and the seller was a fellow firefighter I felt very comfortable that I would not be taken advantage of, and was I mistaken. The house was listed at 15% more sqft than it actually has. When I confronted them about it the response was "your fault you should have measured it yourself" which in itself should show you how little integrity these people have. I wouldn't use this company the lack of integrity from both parties is baffling.
