We have worked with Parker Borelli, of Borelli Construction of Naples, over the last 2 years on several large, new build projects in Park Shore and the Moorings neighbourhoods and have been extremely happy. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We purchased our first home in Naples from Parker and have continued our relationship, as we are currently building a larger home. I couldn't get passed the gatekeeper to find out about custom builds in Naples. The woman on the phone said if I didn't buy land, Borelli will not deal with me. I denied being about to speak to a sales rep. I even said that I would hate for the company to loose business from someone looking to buy now because she won't provide me access to a sales rep. I was told that there was a gatekeeper at this company who was costing them business left and right due to personality. I would recommend they get a customer service, friendly rep to deal with the public.
