Bordeaux Apartments

I love living here! Mark, the property manager, is awesome. He’s always friendly and helps with anything you need. Daniel, the maintenance guy, is great too. He fixes things fast and does a good job. The apartments are nice and clean, and it feels really safe. I’m so happy I chose this place. Definitely recommend.

I’ve lived in several apartments in Corpus over the years, but Bordeaux has been the best so far. The move in process was simple and easy! Mark was super helpful through every step. He was very informative and attentive to all of my questions. The maintenance is very friendly as well. The property is beautiful!

If your looking to rent DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT go here they raise up the rent without you knowing and they just walk into the apartments without letting you know or even knocking maintenance is poor they clear request that you sent in without even finishing the job. They say it’s all bills paid when they add a “utility package” when asked other residence they say they don’t pay that and paying way less then what it is. I heard the front office manager say how they pocket money from other people when we “put down a deposit” if I could rate these apartment a 0/5 stars I would DO NOT RECOMMEND.!

I've been a resident here at the Bordeaux coming on a year. I can genuinely say my stay here has been a good one. Apartment life has its good days along with the not so good - but the staff is on top of taking care of business for its folks here. I must share that Sylvia, Michael & Melissa are outstanding in what they each do to make the Bordeaux Shine- kind, courteous, approachable - "Fantastic people skills" - you want to be around that energy! 😀 Also, SUPER excited to see the upgrades taking place here! When you're in beautiful surroundings -you appreciate it more & makes your heart "Home Happy"!

Lived here almost 3 years, mold in ac vents and closet that kept coming back, ac kept breaking and flooding the closet, kitchen sink wouldn’t drain, floor peeling up it was an absolute nightmare and Mark always had such an attitude. Save your self move anywhere else
