I purchased home on May 17, 2024. Home is NOT what I saw & purchased. Black mold on walls, NO hot water, NO GFI’s anywhere, had to replace hot water heater AND electrical box outside to pass inspection!!! Spent over 4 weeks in hotel waiting for seller to get out, and get water and electricity!! Darik Adkins and Matt Queen are responsible for this nightmare all because the seller is a doctor!! 😡🤬
