Very unprofessional and rude staff. (Speaking for a friend) The winter storm happened almost 3 weeks ago and his apartment was damaged and is inhabitable. He has not been able to live in the apartment because of water and ceiling damaged for almost 3 weeks. The ceiling completely fell in and when contacting the leasing office, he does not receive any answers as to when the unit will be ready for him to move back in. When he calls for a status update, he is told “you need to go and look in your apartment”. This is very unprofessional that the office staff has no answers for him because they are the ones that the contractors are communicating with. When asked if he can be let out of his lease, he was told that he could not be let out and rent needed to be paid on time. The way the staff comm

Horrible and disrespectful staff, I put in a work order three months ago for my floor and patio door to be fixed and no one has done anything. I have toddlers that are hurting themselves falling over cracks in the floor and came home to a house full of ants due to my patio door not closing all the way. I do not recommend these apartments honestly considering paying my lease out so that I can move. They are so focused on making the outside look good but the inside is trash!

Speaking as a current resident Nice Unit but..... •The first day I was told I could move in I had to wait due to things they had going on like not having my refrigerator etc... unit had many roaches. •When moving in I had to wait 3 days to take a bath because the water unit was never connected. •The air conditioning holder for the filter fell completely out they had to fix it our apartment was really really hot for that weekend. •They take forever to fix anything messed up in our unit. •The tub was cracked and they had to fix it but never told us when we could use it which caused it to re mess up and they paint over old mildew that is coming uncovered. •The mail room is a complete mess our mail box is always open and the days that it’s not when opening it opens the whole entire mailbox mea

This is the absolute worse place you can live. The winter storm just happened and over 30 units have roof cave ins . And guess what? They told us we still have to pay rent even when the unit is unlivable. Why? Because we signed the lease agreement saying we would. READ THE FINE PRINT BE CAREFUL.It’s run by a slum company who doesn’t care about the tenants. I would give it a 0 star.
